  • To ensure that your project meets your expectations, I will ask you a series of questions during our consultation. This will help me understand the scope of your project, identify pain points, evaluate what is and isn’t working, and understand your vision. Additionally, I’ll showcase examples of my past work to illustrate my design style and approach. Our consultation provides an excellent opportunity for us to connect and determine whether we’re a good match for the project. Design is an investment in your brand and an exciting opportunity to achieve your goals.

  • Once we have a clear understanding of your design needs, I’ll provide you with a personalized proposal that includes project details, a timeline, and a cost estimate. This will give you a transparent breakdown of the value allocated to each phase and piece of the design investment, and help you make an informed decision about moving forward. If you decide you want to work with me, you'll pay a non-refundable 30% deposit to secure your spot in my schedule and you'll need to sign my contract. After that's done, I'll get you booked in!

  • I will communication through email initially, until we set up a call. On days there are presentations, we will schedule a zoom call. If you’re local and it's easy for us to meet up, we will get together at a collaborative space like a cafe or restaurant togo over things and collaborate.

  • I specialize in Squarespace, I have found it is the easiest platform to pass off to clients that regularly update their site and add content on their own. It is very user friendly and we provide training sessions to ensure you have the tools you need to manage your site going forward.

  • For Social Media templates I will create them in Canva. Canva is an online design tool that offers users the opportunity to create professional-looking creative assets and other media. The tool allows the everyday person to control their design assets and take control of their presence online.

    For Presentations and word documents I use google drive.

  • Upon completion of our project I will provide all final files in multiple formats best used in both print and digital as well as the native, editable, Adobe files.

  • After you have received the custom proposal/estimate and have decided to move forward, a down payment will be required. The payment process may vary depending on the project timeline.

    If the project is set to begin within 30 days of accepting the proposal, a 50% deposit is required to initiate the project, and the remaining 50% is due upon project completion, but before the final files are delivered.

    However, if the project is scheduled to start more than 90 days in the future, a 30% deposit is required to reserve your spot in my schedule. Then, 35% of the total amount is due at the start of the project, with the final 35% due upon completion of the project, but before the final files are handed over.

  • If clients choose to go on retainer we will set those terms and prices based on your expected needs.
